Introduction.

Hey reader,

My name is Gabe, I’m a writer & entrepreneur,

But most importantly, a personal trainer that specializes in helping people get rid of joint pain.

Basically meaning, I do what a physical therapist does with joint pain, without the fancy tables and boring exercises.

Instead I give the solution in a workout & coaching program(a.k.a the joint pain accelerator).

But how did I get here?

Well, it’s a long story, so get your popcorn, protein shake, or whatever you have to eat & buckle in.

My Story

A little over 4 years ago

The pandemic started.

People got locked in their houses

Jobs got lost, livelihoods, and for some, lives.

For me, I was holed up in my basement playing video games.

I skipped school to play videogames.

Specifically Minecraft & Overwatch.

I would constantly play for 8 hours a day, as if it was a full time job.
